Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help bring our visuals to life. If you have a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills, and experience with social media video content, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for real estate listings, branded content, promotional campaigns, and social media.
- Enhance aerial and ground footage by applying color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Trim, assemble, and refine footage to create compelling narratives aligned with client goals.
- Work with clients and the creative team to implement feedback and ensure brand consistency.
- Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, etc.).
- Sync and enhance audio, including voiceovers, background music, and sound effects.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations as needed.
- Manage and organize media files, ensuring efficient workflow and backups.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software updates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro are a plus).
- Strong storytelling ability – ability to turn raw footage into engaging content.
- Experience with color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in real estate, drone, or commercial video editing (This is a plus).
- Familiarity with LUTs, masking, keyframing, and advanced editing techniques.
- A keen eye for detail, pacing, and composition.
- Experience and and understanding of social media content.
