We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Senior Product Marketing Manager

to lead product marketing for Payoneer's partnerships and infrastructure capabilities. This role focuses on integrating ecosystem offerings into Payoneer's platform, articulating the value of foundational capabilities and differentiators like scale, compliance and security, and driving go-to-market strategies that deliver value to our customers.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will collaborate with product, partnerships, M&A, marketing, and regional teams to develop effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, enablement tools, and customer communications. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Payoneer delivers innovative solutions and supports its journey to becoming a full financial stack for global businesses.

What you'll be doing:

Partnerships and Integrations

Articulate value propositions and messaging around the growing Payoneer ecosystem, and the value it brings to customers and ecosystem participants Develop and execute GTM strategies to integrate new offerings, drive adoption, and support revenue growth for Payoneer, while ensuring partners understand Payoneer's offerings, customers, and customer journeys to deliver mutual value. Collaborate with internal teams to bring partner products to market, ensuring alignment with Payoneer's value proposition and delivering onboarding kits to enable partners to achieve readiness quickly. Build activation frameworks, co-branded campaigns, and marketing playbooks to empower partners to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Drive effective communication and engagement with partners, fostering ongoing collaboration, retention, and expansion opportunities. Monitor the performance of launched products, gather feedback, analyze metrics, and make recommendations for optimization and innovation to expand and strengthen the ecosystem in ways that better serve customers. Infrastructure & Core Platform offering

Communicate the value of the Payoneer financial stack, including compliance, security, and cross-border payment infrastructure and capabilities to build trust and drive differentiation. Develop targeted messaging that connects these capabilities to customer needs and operational reliability. Partner with internal teams to create materials and enable GTM teams with the necessary tools and resources. Other Responsibilities

Lead experiments to test and refine go-to-market strategies globally. Manage quarterly product release communications to highlight value, improve retention, and drive adoption and revenue growth What We're Looking For:

8+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in product marketing, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or related industries. Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and measurable impact. Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and impactful messaging. Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating growth for products or segments. Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, balancing immediate opportunities with long-term goals. Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives, working collaboratively across global teams, and influencing stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Self-starter with a high level of energy, a bias for action, and accountability for delivering results. Nice to have

Experience in the payments industry or working with global partner ecosystems. Knowledge of financial stack components and their role in supporting SMBs and enterprises.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $130,000-$170,000
