Thrive with us at ZoomInfo.The Product Marketing Manager II plays a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy and product launches for the company's copilot and chorus products, with a focus on developing effective messaging and positioning. This role conducts market research, creates sales enablement materials, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product messaging and marketing execution. The position involves analyzing customer feedback, tracking campaign metrics, and creating various marketing content while working closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.What You'll Do:To support messaging, positioning, packaging and GTM product launch of our copilot and chorus productsConduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioningGather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and other teams to inform product positioningAssist in developing clear and compelling product messaging aligned with the company's value propositionEnsure consistency of messaging across all marketing and sales materialsCreate and update sales collateral, such as one-pagers, presentations, FAQs, and case studiesSupport sales training by providing product knowledge, market insights, and objection-handling strategiesWrite and edit product-related content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and social media contentCollaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with broader marketing goalsAssist in planning and executing product marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and eventsTrack campaign performance metrics and suggest optimizationsCoordinate efforts across teams for new product or feature launchesSupport launch readiness by creating marketing materials and helping execute launch plansWork closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsEnsure all teams have the tools and resources needed to effectively promote the productTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing activitiesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field1+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS companyExperience creating marketing collateral (e.g., sales decks, brochures, and email campaigns)Experience running product launches and customer research projectsFamiliarity with Rev Ops systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc)Basic understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Trello)Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, compelling marketing materialsAbility to explain technical concepts in simple terms for a non-technical audienceBasic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus#LI-AF1#LI-HybridActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate's work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
