Come join our team! We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketer. Job focus will entail managing and overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns along with various other customer-engaging digital media, including promos, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of analytics, SEO, Google Adwords, and all other forms of electronic marketing as well as proven experience using Meta Business Suite, Adobe applications, Cap Cut, Canva, and other similar programs. We are looking for a highly creative individual with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and inform consumers about our products.

Marketing Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence and customer retention programs.
• Work closely with sales team members to coordinate sales, displays, and advertisement strategies.
• Collect and analyze market research data as well as identify potential markets and test them extensively.
• Design and oversee ad layouts, mailers, prints, and posters.
• Keep track of and balance budgets.
• Negotiate advertising contracts.

Marketing Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, advertising, website design, content development and brand management.
• Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media platforms, and advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
• Excellent time management, and ability to balance multiple projects at once.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
