We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help elevate our firm’s brand, connect with potential clients, and support the continued growth of our practice areas.

The Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote our legal services across multiple practice areas. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external partners to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and manage engaging content for the firm’s website, blog, and social media channels related to immigration, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury topics.
2. Social Media Management: Oversee the firm’s social media presence, ensuring consistent, informative, and on-brand content that aligns with our legal services.
3. Brand Development: Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to effectively communicate the firm’s expertise.
4. Client Communication: Draft newsletters, client updates, and other communication materials to inform and engage current and potential clients.
5. Market Research: Conduct research on current trends and competitor activities in immigration, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury to inform marketing strategies.
6. Event Planning: Assist in organizing events such as webinars, seminars, and community outreach programs to increase the firm’s exposure and connect with potential clients.

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, content marketing, and social media platforms.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Must be able to speak and write in English and Spanish.

Compensation

$10 - $15 hourly
