JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various platforms to engage with audiences, build brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and achieve marketing goals by creating compelling content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing data to optimize campaigns, all while staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content across multiple mediums including social media platforms including text, images, videos, and stories, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely manner, actively engaging with the audience to foster positive brand perception
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices to incorporate relevant strategies into campaigns
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote new products, services, or initiatives, including influencer marketing and paid advertising.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on various social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and user experience
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform future marketing strategies


NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms
  • Understanding visual aesthetics to create eye-catching graphics and multimedia content
  • Proficient in using major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the construction industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
