Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content and strategies for multiple clients, managing their online presence across various platforms, and driving engagement and growth.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate them into client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • BA in a related field and/or 2+ years experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
