Infosys is looking for RPA Infrastructure and service support Consultant. Talent will be part of both the UiPath platform and server administration team. Their primary responsibility is to ensure business continuity of the UiPath infrastructure, both Orchestrator and Windows server on which these bots operate. Additionally, they will manage and maintain Password management vault software CyberArk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be in Irving, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and/or travel to project locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of business/technology work experience.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience working on engagements that have incorporated UiPath administration, Windows Administration, and CyberArk Administration.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Server VMs.
- Experience automating Windows server maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders across the globe.
- Participate in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing coverage 24 X 5 EST On Call and weekend coverage.
- Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extra non-standard hours.
- Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe and manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives, satisfying internal and external customer needs related to the job.
- Experience working in Telecom domain knowledge is a plus.
- Weekend and Holiday support may be required (On Call & Rotated within team).
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
