Our client, a global Media giant. is looking to engage a Project manager with specific experience managing Creative Campaign Operations, ideally involving streaming video, print, digital and email content. This role will be in support of an International team.
Must be willing and able to work 1 day/week on-site at client's Midtown NYC offices (flexible on which day)
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $57 - $60 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Creative Director, Title Marketing and the local teams to ensure that all the markets have everything they need in terms of creative assets to run a successful campaign.
Define project scopes, develop timelines with milestones and follow up on campaign progress, keeping the local markets informed throughout the campaign and early identifying and managing potential risks and issues. Manage internal/external resources, expedite reviews, and provide direct communication to ensure delivery requirements are met.
Principal Responsibilities
• Manages global projects/campaigns/Asset production through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap.
• Manages, organizes, and distributes all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists and post-project retrospectives.
• Tracks projects using project management software.
• Works closely with Marketing Managers to understand campaign goals.
• Review and assess detailed brief and project plans provided by teammates/partners based on requirements, scope, budget, and required deliverables.
• Communicates project status with management at recurring cadences, identifying, and troubleshooting issues/roadblocks to ensure risks are properly addressed and escalated as necessary.
• Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure assets are available for project initiation.
• Work closely with the Localization team to ensure availability of local assets when needed.
• Communicates with International Creative Teams across the globe to ensure local teams receive the materials for the campaigns on time.
• Initiates vendor paperwork (including NDAs, SOWs, advance requests, etc.) and manage vendor invoice process.
Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in creative project management of work across the media, entertainment industry video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media, email, or website design
• Demonstrated experience working in the media / entertainment industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail including precise and effective written/verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and implement methodically.
• Experience in a project management or coordinator role within a creative environment.
• Experience with project management applications and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
• Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach marketing efforts.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and PM tools
Nice to Have:
• Bi-lingual in Spanish (written and spoken) would be a BIG plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
