Meade Engineering is seeking a Director of Marketing to elevate our brand and expand our presence in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) industry. This is your chance to shape the voice and direction of a thriving company while driving innovation in an essential field. Job Duties: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility, analyze market trends, and position Meade Engineering as an industry leader in the MEP sector. Collaborate on proposals, identify target markets, and track ROI to drive client acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies, ensuring alignment with Meade Engineering's technical expertise and market position. Supervise the creation of technical marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and project highlights, while collaborating with subject matter experts to produce compelling, industry-relevant content. Manage the company's online presence, including the website, SEO, and social media platforms, leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance and user engagement. Build and maintain strategic relationships with media outlets, industry associations, and influencers to amplify the company's voice and brand authority. Organize participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, as well as hosting networking opportunities and thought leadership presentations to strengthen relationships and visibility. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Lead the development and execution of internal marketing initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns and company culture branding. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies, using insights to innovate and maintain a competitive edge. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Align marketing efforts with cross-departmental goals, including sales, operations, and engineering, to drive innovation and success. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the MEP, engineering, or construction industries. Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software. Extensive knowledge of SEO strategies and tools. Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating with sales teams to expand markets and drive revenue. Skilled in crafting and executing or managing PR strategies, securing media coverage, managing press communications, and enhancing brand reputation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes. Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their role in construction and real estate. Familiarity with industry standards, certifications, and compliance within the MEP field. Established relationships within the MEP, AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), or related sectors.
