Create, review, revise, edit and curate digital content for multiple channels, including text, email, digital flows and chat. Optimize existing content for user experience. Work with various stakeholders on complex content, while ensuring governance standards are maintained. Follow established processes.
· UX Writing
· Editing
· Digital Content and Experience
· MS Office, Box, Figma
· P&C Claims experience required
· Digital content portfolio required
· Outstanding communication skills
· Practical and documented collaboration experience
