University Partners is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Content Specialist to join our team. This individual will manage our Learning Management System (LMS), Gracehill, and create engaging learning content, including e-learning courses, live trainings, and recorded videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, content creation, and video editing, with a strong preference for proficiency in Adobe Suite, Articulate, and video production tools. This role will require travel to various student housing communities to deliver on-site training and ensure consistent learning experiences across the portfolio.

Job Summary:
University Partners is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Content Specialist to join our team. This individual will manage our Learning Management System (LMS), Gracehill, and create engaging learning content, including e-learning courses, live trainings, and recorded videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, content creation, and video editing, with a strong preference for proficiency in Adobe Suite, Articulate, and video production tools. This role will require travel to various student housing communities to deliver on-site training and ensure consistent learning experiences across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Management:
- Serve as the administrator for Gracehill, overseeing content uploads, user management, and system updates.
- Monitor LMS analytics to track engagement, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for users.
- Content Development:
- Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate and other tools.
- Create instructional materials, job aids, and resources tailored to property management staff.
- Record, edit, and produce training videos, leveraging Adobe Suite and video editing software.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for on-site employees.
- Travel to student housing properties to deliver targeted training and support new initiatives.
- Adapt training approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners across various roles.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay current with trends in instructional design and learning technologies.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing learning experiences and engagement.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or a related field.
- Experience managing an LMS (Gracehill experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Articulate (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Strong video editing skills and experience creating multimedia content.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
- Other Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to various properties.
- Passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
