About Us:
We run an indie game studio and publishing house called Retroware that's focused on modern-retro indie games, influencer merchandise, and community engagement. We’re looking for a Coordinator to support our creative leads by handling design tasks and light project coordination.

Role Overview:
This role focuses on creating graphics, organizing assets, and keeping projects moving smoothly with day-to-day support for the team. It's ideal for someone with a strong eye for design who enjoys keeping things organized and contributing creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create social media graphics, merch products, website visuals, and marketing assets.
• Project Assistance: Help track timelines, tasks, and deliverables for game releases and merch drops.
• Asset Organization: Collect and prepare design files for internal use, vendor submissions, or final publishing.
• Light Communication: Assist with coordinating freelancers and vendors for larger tasks as needed.
• Social Media / Community Support: Help schedule and post updates for active and legacy projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic web tools (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) is a bonus.
• A passion for creative media and gaming is a must!!
