Position Summary
The Designer Manager will play a pivotal role in sharing the visual identity of The Good Crisp Company across all touchpoints. This includes working with a packaging agency for new products and owning small tweaks on existing products, supporting internal design needs such as PowerPoint presentations and reports, and working closely with the marketing team to create impactful digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background with a deep understanding of branding, packaging, and digital content creation, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments to bring design ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packaging Design:
    • Work with Faven Creative on new packaging concepts and designs
    • Make design tweaks on existing packaging as needed
    • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure packaging reflects product innovation, regulatory standards, and market trends.
    • Create and refine designs for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and updates to existing product lines.
  • Internal Design Support:
    • Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, internal reports, and corporate documents to ensure brand consistency across the organization.
    • Develop branded templates and assets for internal teams to use, ensuring cohesion in design and messaging.
  • Digital Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and other digital channels.
    • Create and optimize designs for various formats, including static and animated graphics, digital ads, and email templates.
    • Ensure that digital content aligns with The Good Crisp Company’s brand aesthetics and drives engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Team Support:
    • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operation teams to ensure all designs meet the strategic goals of the business and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions, concept development, and creative feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
  • Brand Management:
    • Maintain the integrity of The Good Crisp Company’s visual identity, ensuring design assets are used consistently across all channels and products.
    • Stay up-to-date with design trends, packaging innovations, and competitor brands to inspire fresh, impactful design solutions.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging, digital content creation, and internal communications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in packaging design, digital media, and branding.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations that are visually engaging and professional.
  • Understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends in clean-label products and sustainability practices, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
