Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Multimedia/Articulate Storyline Developer to join our team. Our Storyline Developers are creative and motivated individuals whose primary responsibility is to develop courses in support of instructional content for web-based training (e-learning).

The position is fully remote. 

This is a part-time position with the possibility for future and full-time work. However, there may be a requirement to travel 1-2 times per year.

Responsibilities 
  • Analyze new software systems and create software simulations for systems training, including linear and branching scenarios.
  • Create 2-D assets (images, animations, etc.) as well as work with video and audio assets within Articulate Storyline.
  • Create digital assets that can easily and quickly help a person understand the content.
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with diverse groups and being dependable, proactive, and insightful.
  • Work within teams but manage own schedule and workload to deliver products on time, on budget, and of high quality.
  • Communicate effectively internally as well as with external clients and partners.
  • Be able to work effectively while not physically present with co-workers, keeping in touch and engaged virtually.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 10 years work experience)
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient with Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, including creating linear and branching simulations
  • Experienced in creating/editing audio and video (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
  • Experienced in Graphic Design using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Work closely with other teams in a cross-functional production environment
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience working with instructional designers and adult learning projects
Preferred Requirements
  • Prior work for the federal government
  • Experience working in an agile project environment

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees. Posted Salary Range:  $60,000 - $80,000 USD
