Depending on experience this position pays between $35-$50/hr.
Our client, an athletic online network, is seeking a Sr. Design Program Manager for a 11 month contract in San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO.
This is Hybrid (3 days onsite-2days remote).
Responsibilities: Manage timelines and resources and keep Design team members on track and motivated to meet deadlines and milestones.
Monitor and communicate changes in project scope or execution to project leads? Organizing and supporting project meetings, follow-up or progress meetings, and working sessions.
Own project communication to make sure stakeholders and team members are informed and aligned, including distributing notes and next steps.
Translate and distill information from individual teams and ensure a shared understanding of action items.
Work with cross-functional leadership team to develop best practice processes and ways of working
What we’re looking for 5+ years of Design Program Management experience. Deep Understanding of brand, marketing, and product design project life cycles Capacity to ask questions, synthesize critical information, put ideas into action, and share learnings Strong ability in Asnana, Airtable,and Jira Ability to manage multiple initiatives and portfolios of work Experience facilitating diverse stakeholder group input Eagerness for new challenges, a growth-oriented mindset, and a knack for managing ambiguity. Experience in a digital startup environment Proven track record of working within and building design programs Formalized project management certification, PMP , IMPA, PRINCE2, and SCRUM are also an advantage.
