Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities: Innovative UI Design : Lead the design of visually compelling, user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. Ensure brand consistency, design cohesion, and impeccable quality throughout the product lifecycle. Advanced UX Research & Strategy : Employ advanced research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics, to understand and anticipate user needs. Translate research insights into actionable design strategies that enhance user satisfaction. High-Impact Prototyping & Wireframing : Create interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts, user flows, and interaction patterns to stakeholders and developers. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate seamlessly with developers, product managers, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible, aligned with business goals, and optimized for performance. Iterative Design & Usability Testing : Champion an iterative design process by conducting regular usability testing, refining user flows, and continuously optimizing designs based on feedback and real user data. Design Systems & Standards : Contribute to the evolution and consistency of design systems, ensuring scalable, reusable components that align with our brand guidelines and enhance product consistency. Interaction Design : Design user interactions that are intuitive, delightful, and accessible. Focus on micro-interactions and motion design to create engaging user journeys that align with business goals. Stay Ahead of Trends : Constantly monitor and integrate emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s design output fresh, competitive, and user-first. Required Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Master’s degree is a plus. Experience : 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, and enterprise applications, including end-to-end design solutions. Portfolio : A standout portfolio that demonstrates your deep expertise in UI/UX design, showcasing your ability to create complex, user-centered design solutions with clear documentation of your design process. Design Tools : Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design software. Experience with design systems management is a plus. User Research : Expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design decisions. Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and implementation. Familiarity with basic development workflows is highly desirable. Mobile-First & Responsive Design : Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, responsive design, and optimizing user experiences across devices and screen sizes. User-Centered Design (UCD) : Expertise in applying UCD principles throughout the product lifecycle, including accessibility standards, cognitive load reduction, and user flow optimization. Collaboration : Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
