Join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology! The Instructional Designer is responsible for deploying learning assets by ensuring that learning assets are appropriately configured and available to users through DAU’s learning delivery platforms. Responsibilities Utilize, manage, and maintain DAU’s eLearning Asset Upload (eLAU Tool) to coordinate and track learning asset deployments with DAU personnel. Ensure OLT assets are configured and available to learners via Cornerstone on Demand. Ensure the exams associated with OLTs are configured in CSOD; maintain the MS Word Exam Template according to CSOD data input specifications. Deploy credentials in CSOD and ensure appropriate configuration for the learner experience. Conduct pre-deployment activities including: Creating print files Creating Maintenance and Revision versions of learning assets Initiating Archive activities Packaging for deployment (e.g., SCORM) Provide support services for hosted assets DAU accepts from outside organizations. Conduct a limited review to establish technical conformance with the appropriate learning delivery platform. Communicate with external parties to share technical parameters required by DAU’s learning platforms. Deploy hosted assets. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience may be used in lieu of education requirements. 2+ months of experience in learning asset deployment. Must have experience with the eLearning Asset Upload tool. Must be able to pass a background check with a favorable NAC. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to meet minimum security clearance requirements. Must be a U.S. citizen. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Superb planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Results-driven with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
