Our client, a Popular home goods brand, is seeking a Production Designer to join their team remotely for remote freelance opportunity. The Production Designer plays a key role in elevating creative production across both print and digital media. This position requires a versatile professional with a strong passion for typography, design, layout, and precise file setup.

• Rate range: $34-37 per hour
• remote, ongoing, full time hours, PST

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, optimize, organize, and execute a high volume of creative assets for both print and digital media, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality across diverse platforms while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, project managers, and other cross-functional partners to ensure all design requirements are met with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain art file and graphic archives, retouch images as needed, and demonstrate a willingness to expand skills in line with business needs.
• Commit to producing work that meets established design standards, ensuring exceptional quality down to the smallest detail.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in an asset production team environment.
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and deliver work efficiently at scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in design fundamentals, including composition, balance, proportion, alignment, accuracy, and consistency, showcased in a portfolio of print and digital media projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), project management tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
