Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the marketing department in executing various tasks related to campaigns, market research, content creation, social media management, and event planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital assets.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement and conversion rates.
• Support the coordination of events, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Assist with email marketing efforts, including creating templates, segmenting lists, and tracking results.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as scheduling meetings and organizing reports.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
