Unestablished Media is a digital media agency that specializes in providing social media, video, photo, website, and design solutions to businesses. One of our specialities is real estate and in this field we create content for social media, provide drone photos, and videos for listings.

Role Description

This is a contract Real Estate Photographer role based in Tucson, AZ. As a Real Estate Photographer at Unestablished Media, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos of real estate properties, editing images, and ensuring the visual representation meets the client's requirements. You will work on-site to photograph various properties and showcase them in the best possible light. We are looking for someone who is free multiple days a week (Monday-Friday) and occasionally on weekends. Some weeks there will be multiple homes that need photography work while the next there may not be any. It will largely depend on our real estate clients and their needs. Payment is on a per property basis upon completion of edits and photography work.

You must have your own gear including a DSLR Camera, tripod, and various lens's including a wide angle lens.

Photo editing software will be provided and paid for (Adobe PSD and Lightroom).

Qualifications

• Photography skills, including knowledge of lighting and composition
• Experience in image blending while shooting with different levels of exposure
• Experience in real estate photography (preferred)
• Proficiency in photo editing software
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of real estate aesthetics and understanding of what a real estate agent will look for (preferred)
• Ability to travel to different locations for photoshoots throughout Tucson and the surrounding areas
• Valid drivers license and vehicle for use for shoots
