Our client, a performance-driven digital agency based in Boston, is seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role requires a strategic thinker and creative leader who excels at delivering smart, effective, and on-brand copy across digital, print, and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in developing compelling messaging for complex industries such as healthcare, finance, or education. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of creative concepts, ensuring all copy aligns with client objectives and brand tone. Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and design teams to produce integrated campaigns. Write and edit high-quality, persuasive copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, print collateral, and more. Manage and mentor a team of copywriters, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Present creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform creative approaches. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of producing effective copy for complex industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, education). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience developing messaging strategies and adapting tone for diverse audiences and platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
