About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Partner Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that foster growth and engagement with partners. The Vice President will also be tasked with performance optimization, resource management, and staying abreast of industry trends to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant. Candidates for the Vice President of Partner Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. Strategic and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, are also necessary.
