Mogliano Global Staffing and Consulting Services has been exclusively retained to headhunt for a Technical Proposal Writer.

Our ideal candidate is committed to producing professional proposal narratives and designs that showcase the organization’s value, attract new business, and drive revenue. This role supports the strategic development of commercial (B2B) proposals and requires expertise in written communication and project management. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and executing compliant and compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials. The Proposal Writer excels in communication, has a keen eye for detail, understands sales and positioning, and is adept at managing multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.

Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute key marketing initiatives, exceeding goals and driving business growth.
- Work closely with marketing managers and sales teams to prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and related materials.
- Write, create, and maintain organized files for proposals and presentations.
- Manage the proposal development process, including evaluating requirements, gathering input from key stakeholders, consolidating content, and ensuring compliance with RFI/RFP response requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with proposal managers, business development teams, and technical experts to prepare concise, compelling, and compliant documents.
- Ensure timely entry of accurate opportunity information in CRM or relevant databases.
- Work with business unit leaders to produce high-quality content, managing editorial calendars and workflows to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and InDesign.
- Contribute to digital content hubs with case studies, project profiles, award submissions, blogs, and more.
- Assist with lead tracking and capital planning research.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, grant writing, government/non-profit work, or journalism.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but bit required.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with leadership and clients.
