Partner Manager, Top Creators
to support our mission. This role is based in
New York or San Francisco
and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model. This role is also open to those based in
Los Angeles
remotely. About the Role
What you will do: Build trusted creator relationships : Work with our largest 18+ creators and earn their trust that the Patreon platform and team is essential to unlocking the earnings and connection with their fan base.
Partner with Trust and Safety, Legal, Policy and Compliance : Be a key voice in the room on decisions that affect our 18+ creators, helping craft strategies and resources to support them.
Partner with Product : Work embedded in product pods to expand feature offerings to Patreon’s 18+ creators.
Drive earnings and product adoption : Accelerate each creator’s growth trajectory by coaching them on product features and improving fan-to-member conversion rates.
Level up creators’ product mastery : Coach creator teams on using the Patreon platform and new product launches.
Creatively execute on cross-functional solutions : Address unique business-critical needs of creators through collaboration with various teams.
Inspire evangelism for Patreon : Translate investment into strategic creators into advocacy for Patreon.
Skills and experience you possess: 3+ years of experience in creator success or creator management : Experience managing long-term partnerships with creators making sensitive 18+ content.
3+ years of experience in 18+ content and/or trust and safety management : Comfortable viewing sensitive content daily with resilience to maintain work-life balance.
Product and revenue expansion : Proven success in environments with revenue and product growth targets.
Applying data insights to customer needs : Translating performance insights into actionable steps for customers.
Cross-functional partnerships : Strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
Projects you may work on: Revamp a creator’s tiers to drive member acquisition.
Develop a plan for content and promotion with a creator for a major launch.
Identify creators for early testing of new product features and ensure a positive experience.
Share insights with product teams to influence strategies that affect your portfolio.
Design processes for identifying and addressing creators with violative content.

Refine relationship building skills in navigating creative businesses.
Expertise around building an engaged fan base and converting them to paying members.
