Job Description: As a
Sr. UX Designer,
you'll play a critical role in shaping how customers engage with our multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands. You'll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities: Lead UX/UI Design : Drive the end-to-end UX/UI design process for 2-3 projects at a time, optimizing for usability, adoption, and overall customer experience. Design Consistency : Ensure designs align with our core strategy, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and breakpoints. User-Centered Approach : Advocate for and participate in user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making to refine and enhance designs. Collaboration & Facilitation : Conduct design sprints, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to identify pain points, explore problem spaces, and align on solutions. Cross-Functional Partnership : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to evaluate design feasibility, impact, and implementation. Stakeholder Communication : Present design rationales and user insights to leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the development process. Continuous Improvement : Maintain a growth mindset, providing and receiving constructive feedback while refining design solutions to meet business and user needs. Qualifications:
Experience : 7-9 years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. Mobile & Web Expertise :
Native Mobile Apps : 3+ years (if the role focuses on the App/Stores team). Responsive Web Design : 3+ years (if the role is for the .Com team). Enterprise UX/Process Design : 3+ years (if working on internal applications).
Industry Knowledge : Experience in
retail, e-commerce, transactional platforms, rewards, or loyalty programs
is a plus. Passion for exceptional customer experiences is essential. Design & Research Proficiency :
Expert in
Visual (UI) and Interaction (UX) Design , balancing design system elements with native mobile patterns. Skilled in usability testing, user research, and data-driven design decisions.
Collaboration & Leadership :
Strong ability to present and defend design decisions while fostering cross-functional alignment. Comfortable providing candid feedback to designers and developers, ensuring product excellence.
Technical & Organizational Skills :
Detail-oriented with excellent file management and adherence to scalable design processes. Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software.
