We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the public image and working with established partners within our network to host on-site seminars. Bringing a book of business is a major plus that will result in higher compensation.
Duties:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's public image.
- Maintain relationships with existing community partners.
- Coordinate the presentation of seminars with both existing community partners and engage in outreach efforts to build a larger network
- Facilitate educational workshops for our company to host and present at
- Maintains registration records for all seminars.
- Facilitate relationships with other professionals in the sector to develop referral partnerships.
- Arriving early to seminars to set up, provide refreshments when necessary, and provide marketing collateral to attendees.
- Hit a target number of seminars scheduled on the calendar per month/quarter.
- Provide KPI reporting to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
