A client of Insight Global is looking for a UX/Content Designer and Writer to join their team. This person will be responsible for collaborating with both POs and fellow designers to deliver and design products within the UX space on ADPs multitude of shared products. They will primarily be working within the market team to support large client products. Pay rate is between $60 and $75/hr.

Required Skills & Experience - 5-10+ years of experience as a UX/content designer and writer ® Candidate needs to have a good combination of both hands on design and writing for UX design as well - Figma experience - B2B/enterprise experience ® Experience in the financial/healthcare/banking industry highly preferred - Strong understanding and experience writing and designing on across platforms ® Desktop, mobile, etc. - Strong experience using different design systems ® Writing, tech, etc. - Understanding of process fundamentals - Understanding of human research ® Candidate must be comfortable conducting their own human research studies to drive their designs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Great collaborator - HM wants someone who is extremely open to collaboration in addition to being a good facilitator - Professional communication/excellent interpersonal skills - Conversational design experience
