A residential apartment complex in Elk Grove is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive living environment for tenants. This temporary role offers the potential for long-term placement.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Elk Grove
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Community Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant communication.
• Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing efforts to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and liaise with vendors.
• Organize and promote community events to enhance resident engagement.

Community Manager Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RentCafe).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
