Graphic Designer
Colliers Denver, the leading national Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Services firm in Denver, is seeking a Graphic Designer for its Denver Tech Center office.
Overview
The in-house Graphic Designer will design, update and produce various types of print and digital marketing materials/media that support company marketing strategies and initiatives for the company’s commercial real estate brokers, as well as other related efforts. There is occasional logo/branding work needed, though most work is creating layouts and placing content. We frequently work with floor/site plans, maps and aerial photos.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement concepts, layouts and content for potential-client marketing proposals and property offering memorandums (booklets) related to broker commercial property business proposals and listings.
- Design and implement concepts, layouts and content for brochures, fliers, reports, postcards, emails, banners, ads, social media posts, newsletters, websites, etc. related to brokers’ property listings and other business needs.
- Make frequent updates to the materials mentioned above. This sometimes includes large tables of data/copy. We produce a high number of revised materials.
- Prep and prepress of all final layouts of marketing/promotional materials for distribution. This includes some printing, trimming and binding in-house, and occasional delivery to outside vendors.
- Take occasional in-house broker and associate headshots.
- Occasional travel within the Metro-Denver area to property sites to capture virtual tours by operating a Matterport 360-degree camera.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with the Denver office administrators/marketers, research team and on occasion the brokers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Graphic Design or similar visual communication related field.
- At least 3 years of professional work experience in Graphic Design.
- Intermediate knowledge & experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop required) and familiarity with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Design Portfolio: digital or printed.
- HubSpot, Wrike, WordPress, website design and digital marketing experience is a plus.
- 2D animation/Adobe After Effects a plus.
- Real estate industry experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and very detail oriented.
- Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve in an environment that is sometimes fast paced.
- Expected to develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers.
