Hybrid Public Relations Associate Job at WhiteCap Search in New York

Job Function:

1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial, investing, and CSR-focused reporters across print, broadcast, online, and social media outlets.
2. Use research-driven strategies to create proactive communication plans that align with the firm’s commercial priorities across traditional investments, alternative strategies, and CSR initiatives.
3. Develop high-quality written materials—press releases, talking points, executive briefings, and statements—that effectively highlight the firm’s core values, investment themes, and leadership philosophy.
4. Support media campaigns related to the firm’s products, including mutual funds, interval funds, separately managed accounts, and ETFs, as well as CSR initiatives.
5. Partner directly with investment teams to develop and align messaging for each asset class.
6. Leverage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to enhance outreach and engagement, aligning messaging with broader media strategies.
7. Contribute to media monitoring, analysis, and reporting to provide timely updates and insights to senior leadership.
