We are on the hunt for a creative, innovative, and experienced UI/UX Designer who has a keen eye for detail and an absolute passion for creating user-friendly, attractive, and functional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences.

This is a permanent role where you will work closely with our dynamic team of engineers and product managers to conceptualize, design, and prototype ideas, then iterate based on user feedback and data. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs to delivering prototypes and UI specifications.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  2. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework.
  5. Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  6. Experience with GUIs, XAML, Blazor, C#, and JavaScript.
  7. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  9. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
  11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  12. A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field would be considered an asset.
