Looking for an experienced and detail-oriented game producer who can thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with multiple disciplines, including designers, artists, producers, and developers to create compelling game experiences.
- Scheduling and facilitating team meetings, being a great note taker, and ensuring accountability for any action items or decisions.
- Managing daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other sprint rituals.
- Sprint planning, bug triaging, and general backlog management.
- Creating content & maintaining the team’s internal communication site.
- Creating and distributing team status updates.
- Managing dependencies between internal/external partners, including clarifying requirements, to ensure work is tracked, to remove ambiguity, and to mitigate risks.
- Facilitating feedback loops through rapid iteration cycles, scheduling and coordinating playtests, logging issues, and following up on resolution.
- Partnering with other producers and designers to solve challenging and interesting problems.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in game development.
- Proficiency with version control and bug tracking tools, or similar issue management databases.
- Proficiency with productivity software tools.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with SCRUM.
- Interest in the game’s franchise.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.30 to $38.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
