Jr. Art Director + Designer Job at Solomon Page in Miami

Our client, a leading Travel & Leisure company in Miami, is seeking a Jr. Art Director / Designer to join their fast-paced creative team. This role is ideal for a conceptual thinker who can bring innovative ideas to life through campaign development while also handling production design with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and can seamlessly shift between high-level creative ideation and meticulous execution.

• Hybrid, Long-Term Freelance (40 hours per week)
• Location: Miami, FL (4 days onsite, Fridays remote)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campaign concepts across digital and social platforms, ensuring creative aligns with brand strategy.
• Design and produce a variety of assets, including email campaigns, banner ads, social media content, web pages, and paid/organic media.
• Support production design needs, including resizing assets, preparing files for final production, and ensuring consistency across deliverables.
• Source and curate imagery for digital templates, maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms while upholding brand guidelines.
• Balance multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction, ideally within an agency, brand, or in-house creative team.
• Strong conceptual design skills with a portfolio showcasing 360° campaign development alongside digital and production design work.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and digital design principles.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in downtown Miami.
