Brand Creative Program Manager
IntePros is seeking a Brand Creative Program Manager to join our Premier client based out of Washington. In this role, you will oversee the execution of creative projects supporting high-profile, high-impact business initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in branding, brand strategy, and managing conceptual design projects. This is a contract role with potential for extension or conversion.

Skills Required:
Brand Communications & Brand Strategy
  • Branding and brand strategy experience, including building brands from scratch, rebranding, and brand guideline development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and integrated cross-site events.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, solve blockers, and escalate issues when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in brand design, marketing, and content production timelines.
  • Knowledge of video or photo shoot production timelines and details.
  • Proficiency with Adobe design programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creative development process for building brands and executing innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams to align business goals with creative deliverables.
  • Anticipate workload and resource needs for successful project execution.
  • Own project schedules, outline key milestones, and manage deliverables.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail while balancing competing priorities.
  • Provide escalation management and make trade-offs to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, media leads, and creative team members to drive successful outcomes.
This is a contract role with potential for extension or conversion.
