ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Grapevine, Texas.  Your focus will be on creating dynamic presentations for both internal and external use. In addition, you will assist with design for various projects across both print and digital media, all while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.


You will collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and strategies, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. This position requires the designer to be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and diligent in their creative efforts.


OVERVIEW OF POSITION

  • Design and produce graphics for presentations that include, PowerPoint, Keynote and/or Google slides.  
  • Assist in design for show signage, set designs, tradeshow booths, corporate identity, promotional materials, and websites.
  • Translate a creative brief into visually compelling designs that align with client expectations and project goals.
  • Oversee the design process from initial concept to finished artwork, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and message.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, such as color palettes, fonts, and logo usage, across all materials.
  • Utilize industry-standard techniques to ensure high quality of both print and digital designs.
  • Address any issues related to file formatting or production processes for printing or web publishing.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.

 

  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING                                                                               

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5yrs experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
  • Determination, Passion, and Commitment for Events and the Event industry



WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience in designing event-related graphics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams and be self-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and demonstration of good judgment and client confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to travel when needed for show graphic support.
  • Constant desire to learn
