JUNIOR LEVEL GRAPHIC DESIGNER (2 Years exp.)
Annual Salary: $60,000 to $65,000, plus benefits

ALTA IT Services is currently seeking a Junior Level Graphic Designer for a full-time, permanent position located in Columbus, OH.
This role is not ideal for someone seeking a more senior role.
This role does require someone with at least 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer creating captivating digital assets for eCommerce products.
Big brand experience is required. Agency experience is most desirable.
Experience with customer-facing brands creating visual digital content for e-commerce is required. Solid and recent, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating digital assets to promote and sell e-commerce products of major online retailers. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, working closely with brand partners regionally and across the globe. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Director of Brand Experience and work closely with the Ecommerce Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate brand standards into visually appealing and compelling digital assets, ensuring quick and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with brand partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all print and digital assets.
- Develop engaging content and assets for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create visual assets for the company website.
- Utilize AI software to its full potential, incorporating cutting-edge technology into the design process.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentation design, ensuring professional and engaging visuals.
- Ability to perform video editing tasks is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or something similar).
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital assets - digital content creation for e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have an excellent understanding of core design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
