Job Type: Full-Time 


Salary: $25 – $30 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team in Bradenton, FL. This is an onsite role, where you will be responsible for designing and developing informational/marketing websites for our affiliated companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in WordPress or similar content management system (CMS) platforms, combined with graphic design skills to create engaging, professional, and modern web experiences. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms. 
  • Create and maintain engaging, visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and UI components. 
  • Optimize web design for user experience (UX), mobile responsiveness, and SEO. 
  • Develop custom themes and modify existing themes/templates as needed. 
  • Work with marketing and content teams to align web design with branding guidelines. 
  • Design graphics, icons, banners, and other digital assets for websites and marketing materials. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. 
  • Stay up to date with web design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in web design. 
  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms. 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent design tools. 
  • Ability to create and optimize mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly designs. 
  • Experience with UI/UX principles and best practices. 
  • Basic knowledge of web hosting, domains, and website maintenance. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. 
  • Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries is a plus. 

 

Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
