Our client and independent innovative public relations agency that is growing and having a great time doing it, is looking to add an AD- Healthcare to their amazing team.

Position Overview:

As the Public Relations Director - Healthcare B2B, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies that enhance our clients' brand visibility, reputation, and market presence. You will lead a team of PR professionals and work closely with clients, media, and industry influencers to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic public relations plans for healthcare B2B clients, aligning with their business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of PR specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry analysts, and thought leaders in the healthcare sector.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media pitches, case studies, and other PR materials.
  • Manage crisis communication efforts, providing timely and effective responses to mitigate potential reputational risks.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, news, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance PR strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, ensuring tailored and impactful PR solutions.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public relations, with a strong focus on healthcare B2B.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and B2B communication strategies.
