Marcus & Millichap is in search of a skilled and ambitious Marketing Specialist to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Boston office. This role will work specifically with an 8-person sales team within the Boston office, offering the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small business coupled with the resources and advantages of a national firm. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Additionally, candidates should have experience in generating both print and digital marketing materials, as well as creating overall marketing strategies. A hybrid work schedule may be considered for experienced candidates.

Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda Build and deploy email marketing campaigns Manage and grow team’s social media accounts Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marketing activities Work with third parties to advertise sale listings Create ad hoc marketing materials as requested by team members Create marketing funnels for new leads Required Knowledge and Experience
Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva proficiency Experience with Constant Contact or similar email software Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of PowerPoint Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested Experience in real estate, financial services or B2B sales is a plus Our mission is to help our clients create and preserve wealth by providing the best real estate investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services available.
