As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and enhance Axiom's digital marketing efforts to drive online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role hinges on assessing current marketing capabilities, developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead the internal marketing team, develop vendor relationships, and select appropriate digital marketing tools. You will focus on optimizing lead generation processes, CRM integration, and performance tracking through KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach that supports the company’s digital transformation and growth! Location Requirements:

This job is in Austin, TX. You must be able to work from Axiom’s Austin, TX office. This is a hybrid job which requires 3 days a week in the office. This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you live in the Austin, TX area. As the Digital Marketing Director, your key responsibilities include:

Assess Marketing Capabilities: Identify gaps in current digital marketing efforts and resources. Brand Development: Ensure consistent messaging and design across digital platforms. Strategic Roadmap: Develop a long-term digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Team Development: Train the marketing team and identify hiring needs. Internal Training: Educate sales and other teams on digital marketing support. Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage third-party digital marketing vendors. Tool Selection: Audit and choose appropriate marketing automation and analytics tools. Lead Generation: Drive B2B leads through digital channels like SEO, paid search, and social media. Conversion Optimization: Improve lead-to-customer conversion through landing pages and email sequences. CRM Integration: Integrate lead gen efforts with CRM for efficient tracking and nurturing. KPIs & Metrics: Define and track performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates). Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance using analytics and CRM data. Reporting: Provide regular reports on key marketing goals and adjust strategy as needed. Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities. Reputation Management: Manage the company’s digital reputation and online sentiment. Digital Integration: Collaborate across departments for a cohesive digital transformation. Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams. Digital Expertise: Strong expertise in web traffic generation, performance marketing, and website optimization. Requirements:

Previous marketing experience in B2B Networking, Memory, Storage, and Maintenance Services. Experience in sales within technology sector and data center hardware and services. 5-7 years of Product Management and/or communications experience. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects through to completion. Effective verbal/written communication, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees and management. Preferred:
