Description

As the Service Center Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service operations by managing incoming service calls, scheduling technicians, and overseeing administrative support for the Service Center.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule & Dispatch: Efficiently coordinate service technicians and prioritize incoming service requests.
- Manage Work Orders & Invoicing: Oversee the full lifecycle of work orders, including creation, maintenance, and customer invoicing.
- Track & Process Service Requests: Handle vendor warranty claims, process invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Inventory Coordination: Maintain control over parts and materials, ensuring timely availability for service needs.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Efficiency: Organize, track, and coordinate multiple priorities, supporting the overall success of the Service Center.
What We’re Looking For
- Required experience in audio-visual (AV) equipment and systems – familiarity with AV service processes is essential.
- Proven experience in service dispatch & scheduling (preferably in a technical or service-related industry).
- Strong administrative support background, including documentation, coordination, and customer interactions.
- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office and 10-key proficiency.
- Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with technicians, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
