Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through various lead generation strategies, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies (auto, home, life, and commercial).

Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and benefits.

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy changes, and state regulations.

Meet or exceed sales targets and agency performance goals.

Must write a minimum of $25,000 in premium per month.

Assist with claims processing and policy servicing when necessary.




Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in insurance, finance, or related field preferred (but not required).

State-issued insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
