Project Coordinator, Design

As the Project Coordinator for the Creative Design group at Fanatics Collectibles, you'll be a key player in optimizing workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration, and driving efficiency across teams. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, you'll work closely with designers and art directors to keep projects on track and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and allocate projects annually, balancing team bandwidth and brand priorities.
  • Evaluate and manage creative resources in partnership with the Creative Director.
  • Organize, track, and optimize design deliverables for smooth execution.
  • Lead daily project status meetings with designers to align on progress, address roadblocks, and set priorities.
  • Represent the creative team in delivery assurance meetings, communicating project status, risks, and obstacles to cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate and document meetings, distribute action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Work cross-functionally with project managers to align project goals with design team capacity.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including brand and operations teams.
  • Measure project performance to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, design, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in project coordination or creative operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
  • Ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Adobe Workfront (preferred).
  • Understanding of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
