Your seat at the table: Digital Content Specialist
You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
Publishing of Dealer & Consumer-Facing Content in Digital Channels:
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather, create, and publish content tailored for dealer and consumer audiences.
- Ensure the content is accurate, timely, and aligns with brand messaging and guidelines. This includes product images & descriptions, recipes, promotional materials, and other digital assets..
Develop and Deploy Outbound B2B and B2C Email Campaigns:
- Collaborate with Marketing team to create and execute marketing emails for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) audiences. This involves designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Develop and Execute Testing Strategies to Optimize Performance:
- Design and implement A/B testing strategies and other optimization tests to improve the performance of digital content and user experience.
Manage Website Content Coordination and Optimization:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to coordinate content creation and optimization efforts.
- Focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase lead generation, sales, and overall conversion rates on digital platforms.
Digital Metrics Performance Review and Optimization:
- Regularly review digital metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Use insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Manage Web Maintenance & Updates
- Ensure the website remains up-to-date with the latest products, content, design elements, and functionalities.
- Regularly monitor site performance, such as page load times and responsiveness, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to ensure a seamless user experience.
Optimize Website Content to Improve Search Engine Visibility and Rankings:
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta descriptions, to enhance website content.
- Regularly update content to reflect the latest trends and maintain high search engine rankings.
We need this seat to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital content management, SEO, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who collaborates well with others
