About the role We're looking for a talented Producer who thrives at driving campaign development across live-action shoots, photography shoots, post production, digital projects, and activations. The job involves working closely with our internal creative team and collaborating daily with external agencies, production partners, and business and marketing stakeholders. Responsibilities Define project goals and scope, develop schedules, estimates, and engagement plans, author and negotiate contracts, and manage agency relationships. Manage campaign development across mediums such as live-action shoots, photography shoots, digital projects, and activations. Manage internal staff workflow and direct outside agencies and/or production partners in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions from concept to completion. Be a key creative production partner to Creative and Marketing, driving production work and/or agency work and managing relationships for the best creative output. Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Strategy, Media, Ops, Performance, etc.) across lines of business to shepherd projects through launch. Requirements Relevant experience producing multi-channel award-winning campaigns including print, experiential, digital, photo, video, and social, preferably in a creative agency or client-side creative environment. Demonstrated taste and craft across production work that is proven in portfolio work. Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard. Experience directly managing local and remote creative teams throughout creative development. Proficiency with marketing up and down the funnel. A critical eye for great design, writing, and production. Able to work quickly, strategically prioritize multiple projects, and manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong rolodex and relationships with external production partners locally and globally. Excellent negotiation skills (especially contract and bid negotiations) with peers and production partners. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Understand how to scale ideas for global deliverables and impact.
