Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Events Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence only a couple of days per month located in University City. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in event planning and coordination, along with a passion for marketing and organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
Manage event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and technical setup
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote events and initiatives
Oversee social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
Track and analyze event and marketing campaign performance metrics to assess success and areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records of event budgets, timelines, and participant details
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning and marketing roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in marketing tools and software is a plus
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite/Hybrid
Monday – Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $28.00-$33.00 per hour DOE
