We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. If you’re a creative, strategic thinker with a deep passion for social media, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our community!
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that grow our online presence, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to brand awareness and lead generation. You’ll oversee all social media platforms, create compelling content, manage campaigns, and engage with our community. - Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with business goals and audience interests.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts, polls, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand’s voice and identity.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, etc.) and use insights to continuously improve social media strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure all social media content aligns with overarching marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, or partners to extend our reach and drive brand advocacy.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their features, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and design.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
