As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead our efforts in creating and executing high-impact social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You’ll drive audience engagement, content creation, and community interaction while ensuring our messaging is consistent and compelling. - Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies that align with our brand, audience, and business goals.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging, original content (photos, videos, captions, stories, and blogs) tailored to each social media platform, with a focus on storytelling.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions. Build relationships and foster a positive online community.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across various platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), optimizing for ROI and growth.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze social media metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategy is innovative and on point.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure that all social media initiatives are aligned with larger marketing goals.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative, with an eye for visual content and storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
