Our major tech client is looking to bring on a Creative Producer. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a disciplined approach to project management, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production processes across App Store and Arcade.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, establish agendas and goals, record meeting notes, and identify action items for responsible individuals.
  • Coordinate key personnel from various teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor team resourcing sheet and contribute to ensuring assignments and project schedules are up to date.
  • Collaborate with Production leads and operations to track projects against scopes, ensuring estimates, POs, SOWs, etc. are gathered and processed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate directly with external production partners to coordinate milestones and reviews, organize deliverables for review, and ensure timely responses and feedback.
  • Work closely with design leads to keep project files organized and up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that we’re delivering against asks while creating an environment that allows for innovation.
  • Work with production leadership to optimize workflows and accurately track projects, handling day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting production challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have at least 4-6 years of experience acting as a producer or creative project manager in an advertising agency or creative/production studio.
  • Experience producing photography, art, and/or video for multiple mediums and platforms is preferred.
  • Candidates must be proactive and self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills, able to parse out critical information from multiple inputs, and communicate effectively.
  • Candidates must have a diverse rolodex and understanding of production houses, with the ability to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, and support the selection of the best creative agencies for integrated productions.
  • Candidates must have excellent note-taking and task management skills, and be able to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organized manner.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $84.78 to $94.20 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
